Shrink Film Sealing Machine

A Shrink Film Wrapper, also referred to as a Shrink Wrap Sealer, is a cutting-edge device that expertly wraps and shrinks a plastic film around a product, enabling streamlined packaging and enhanced product protection.

The process of this machine involves utilizing a heated element or wire to create a seal around the product, followed by heat application to shrink the plastic film tightly around the item, resulting in a safe and tamper-proof packaging.

Shrink Film Sealing Machines come in various models, including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic options. They can be utilized as standalone units or seamlessly integrated into a broader packaging system for optimal functionality.

‌Material:‌ High-tensile cold-rolled steel, 3D-welded with MIG/TIG joints, post-processed with electrostatic powder coating (RAL 9005, 80μm thickness).

Thermal System‌: Dual-layer molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements (1.8–3.2 kW), achieving ±1.5°C uniformity.

Drive Mechanism‌: Harmonic-driven servo motors with zero-backlash helical gears, precision-controlled at ‌±0.02mm positioning repeatability‌.

Anti-Static Rollers‌: Ionized ceramic rollers (surface resistivity ≤10⁶ Ω/sq) eliminate film static for dust-free sealing.

Sleeve Wrapper (Partial Wrap)

Full wrap vs. Partial wrap

A Quick Comparison: full wrap machines provide complete protection and a polished look, while partial wrap machines offer targeted wrapping and cost savings.

Full wrap

label package

A full wrap encapsulates the entire product within shrink film, sealed and shrunk via heat to form a tamper-resistant, protective layer. Common applications include CD cases, books, and individually sealed food items (e.g., candy bars, cookies), providing complete coverage and durability during transit.

Partial wrap

The Partial wrapping secures products (e.g., water bottles, trays) by sealing film at the top and bottom, leaving sides exposed for visual display. This method stabilizes items during transport while highlighting branding or product details through the central “bull’s eye” design. Ideal for retail items requiring both protection and consumer visibility.
